Event Capacity

• 70 guests — Seated dining or banquet-style events

• 100 guests — Standing or cocktail-style receptions

Enjoy superb waterfront views and abundant natural light in a spacious, open meeting area.

Flexible Seating Arrangements

In-house tables and chairs are available for use. Renters are responsible for arranging and setting up furniture to suit their event.

Warming Kitchen

A warming kitchen is available for renter use, equipped with two refrigerators and an oven. The kitchen is intended for warming and food preparation support rather than full commercial catering.

Space for Celebrations & Gatherings

Ideal for weddings, birthdays, corporate functions, community meetings, club gatherings, and other special occasions.

Alcohol Service & Requirements

Alcohol may be served at events provided the renter meets all applicable requirements.

• Renters are responsible for obtaining the appropriate liquor permit.

• Renters must arrange the required insurance coverage.

• Renters must provide a Smart Serve-certified bartender for all alcohol service.

All required permits, insurance, and alcohol service arrangements are the responsibility of the renter.

Hall Setup, Decorations & Cleanup

To help keep our hall welcoming and enjoyable for everyone, we ask renters to follow these guidelines.

Setup & Furniture

• Tables and chairs are provided, but renters are responsible for their setup and arrangement.

Decorations

• Decorations are welcome, provided they do not damage walls, windows, or other surfaces.

• Nails, thumbtacks, and strong adhesives are not permitted.

• Smoke, water, and mist-effect devices are not permitted.

Cleanup Responsibilities

• Renters are responsible for wiping down the kitchen, bar, tables, and chairs after use.

• All garbage must be collected from the hall and parking lot and deposited in the designated outdoor garbage bin.

• Garbage bags will be provided by the hall.

We appreciate your cooperation in leaving the space clean and ready for the next gathering.
